Cottis Property Holdings was founded in 1974 as commercial landlords and the company is now in the forefront of commercial property with either rentals and development in the Essex area.
Cottis Property Holding soon became Cottis House Limited and is a family run business which specialises in creating commercial office space in the local area.
We base our success on building up a good relationships with our tenants and with that our reputation exceeded expectations and allows our tenants to focus on growing there business which equates to more they needing more commercial space.
